Balinese Blend massage is executed with oil and it is a combination of Balinese oil massage, the Hawaiian (Lomi – Lomi), and the shiatsu massages. This massage is great for reducing pain in the muscles, the technique of pressing and gentle stretching.
Unlike traditional massage techniques, the Balinese mix has no clear order of movements. Every time a program is selected individually, depending on the mood and the needs of the guest. It is good in those cases where is need to pay greater attention to the problematic areas of the body and, therefore, can be performed as a massage with medical effects. However, if you are looking for a gentle massage, the Balinese mixed massage also can be an excellent way of relaxation. This is why we often recommend this massage in case the guest can not choose what kind of massage he really would like to get.
After Balinese Blend massage, as well as after any oil massages, we recommend not to take a shower. The beneficial effect of the oil lasts for several hours after the procedure. Furthermore, vegetable oil is the only substance that penetrates into the cell membrane and binds fine toxins in it. In order to help the body to get rid of toxins, after the massage, we recommend to drink a plenty of water or any liquid, preferably green tea. For all of our guests we offer variation of elite Chinese teas to choose from.
