All three of our salons are open every day of the week from 10:00 to 22:00 — we welcome our guests on weekends and public holidays as well.

You can book via the phone or WhatsApp contact of the chosen salon, or online on our website.

Online booking step by step:

Choose the salon → the service group → the treatment → the duration.

After selecting the duration, two buttons appear: “Submit a booking request” and “Buy certificate online”. Click the “Submit a booking request” button, then choose the date of your visit and the preferred time.

The selected service is then added to the booking cart, to which you can add further massages and Spa programmes from the menu — just like in a regular online shop.

To complete the process, enter the necessary contact details and send the booking request.

You can share questions or special requests in the “Order notes” field.

After sending the booking request you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that we have received your request — the booking is not yet confirmed and awaits verification.

Please make sure to enter a correct e-mail address. If the address is incorrect, you will not receive the automatic notification. In that case please contact us, or send the booking request again with the correct e-mail address.

Once your booking arrives, our colleague checks the availability of the chosen time and confirms the booking by e-mail or by phone.

If your chosen time is not available, our colleague will offer the nearest possible time.

Please note that a booking is considered final only after confirmation by our colleague.

If the desired time is already taken, you can leave your phone number. Should the time become available later, our colleague will contact you.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your booked time so you can change in peace and your treatment can begin truly relaxed. If you would like to take a shower before the massage, everything is provided: shampoo, shower gel, bathrobe, towel and slippers.

The booked appointment is held for 15 minutes from the starting time. If you expect to be late, please let us know by phone — ideally at the start of the day, or at least half an hour before the massage. Being late affects the length of the treatment: the session ends at the originally scheduled time.

You do not need to bring anything. For the classic no-oil Thai massage and the foot massage we provide soft cotton clothing in your size, and for all other treatments disposable underwear and towels. A coat rack is available for your clothes.

Our menu truly offers a very wide selection: Thai, Balinese, Indian and other Asian massage techniques, Spa treatments, Spa packages and couples programmes.

In each salon, the first two massages on the menu are usually among the most popular and most characteristic treatments of that salon.

If you are visiting a 5 Elements Spa salon for the first time and are not sure which treatment to choose, feel free to call us — our colleague will help you find the treatment that suits you best, taking into account your preferences, the time available and the desired intensity of the massage.

Please avoid heavy meals and large amounts of liquid in the 30 minutes before the treatment — this way the massage will be truly pleasant and effective.

For oil treatments we use natural massage oils, including natural coconut oil warmed with a candle.

For Ayurvedic massages and treatments we use special Ayurvedic oils, traditionally applied in those treatments.

After the massage the therapist wipes the body with a warm damp towel. A shower is also available on request — shampoo, shower gel, bathrobe, towel and slippers are provided in the salon.

After an oil massage, however, we recommend not showering immediately if possible — simply wipe off the excess oil with the towel. The oil remaining on the skin continues to nourish it for a while.

No. Our salons offer exclusively health-improving, aesthetic and relaxation SPA treatments — any request of a different nature will be refused by our staff and masters.

It is not obligatory: not leaving a tip does not affect the quality of the service in any way. At the same time, our masters receive appreciation with gratitude — in Asia a tip is a recognition of skill and performance. If you would like to say thank you this way, please hand it to the master personally.

We accept cash and bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and UnionPay. You can also pay with the Széchenyi Leisure Card (SZÉP) — we accept K&H, MKB and OTP SZÉP cards alike.

The gift certificate is valid for 5 months from the date of purchase and can be issued for an amount from 10,000 to 200,000 Ft or for a specific treatment. It can be purchased online via the Teya or Barion system; the appointment can be booked by you or the recipient on our website or by phone.

Our masters come from Thailand, Indonesia, India and the Philippines with extensive practical experience. Before starting work in Hungary they undergo a detailed medical examination in line with international standards — only then can they begin working in our salons.

Yes, as with any massage. Before your treatment, please read the contraindications listed on the page of the given massage, and be sure to tell our master about any medical condition we should know about.

Yes. In all three of our salons, separate couples rooms await guests arriving in pairs, and children are welcome from the age of 2 for our gentle children’s massages.
