TRADITIONAL THAI OIL MASSAGE

Thai oil massage is a variation of traditional Thai massage that has historical roots in Ayurvedic oil massage. It combines elements of gentle stretching, acupressure and oil massage. During a full-body Thai oil massage, the joints and spine are gently worked on, along with the abdomen, arms and legs. For treatments of 60 minutes or longer, the massage also includes a pleasant head and face massage performed without oil.

This massage is made on mattress or a massage table with natural oils (sometimes with the addition of essential oils). Natural oils penetrate deep into the body, it is beneficial to the skin and joints, enhance relaxation and health benefits of massage. It calms the nervous system, and has a powerful lymphatic drainage. Natural oils easily penetrate into cell membrane, improve the elasticity of muscles and ligaments and strengthen bones. These oils effectively bind and remove toxins from the cells. This technology has an invaluable positive impact on the vascular system. It stimulates smooth muscle veins, draining lymphatics and metabolism in the skin. The massage improves blood flow, metabolism and the work of the internal organs. After massage it is not recommended to take a shower. The beneficial effect of oil continues for several hours after the procedure.
