What does the programme include?
One of you takes the Indian programme: 30 minutes of sauna, 45 minutes of body scrub, 60 minutes of abhyanga with warm oil, 30 minutes of Indian head massage and 30 minutes of Indian foot massage. The other takes the Balinese programme with sauna, scrub and Balinese techniques. The Indian treatments are performed by masters from India, the Balinese ones by masters from Bali.
Why do we get different programmes?
That is exactly the point: in a single visit the two of you compare two schools of the East, Indian and Balinese, and then share your impressions. If you would rather have the same treatments, “Bali for Couple” is the better choice.
Who gets which programme?
That is up to you — the split is not fixed. Tell us when booking who takes the Indian programme and who takes the Balinese one.
Four hours — how does it go?
The programme runs with breaks between treatments, starting with the sauna, then the scrub and the massages. It is best to come with no other plans for the rest of the day.
How far ahead should I book?
The programme is best planned in advance — it takes several hours and requires free therapists. For weekends and public holidays we suggest booking a week before the date you want.
Can it be given as a gift?
Yes, a gift voucher can be bought for it and it is valid for five months.
